Today we discussed how the Senior First Aiders role is affected by the Legal Implications of the role. Specifically what is the Duty of Care of a Senior First Aider and how does this Duty of Care change in different situations. Particularly the importance of the Good Samaritan Act in the delivery of emergency care to a person to whom you have no relationship in legal terms and thus no Duty of Care.
