Welcome to bloglearning@rootyhillhigh the name says it all. This blog is all about using a blog as a pedagogical tool to Rooty Hill High School. RHHS is a New South Wales Department of Education and Training High School located in Western Sydney.
This blog will focus on the Sport Lifestyle and Recreation Unit. The particular Group of learners enrol ed in this course have elected to participate in a modified Vocational Education Training course. Whilst the SLR course itself is not VET we have adapted the syllabus to include several qualifications including Bronze Medallion, Senior First Aid, Level 1 & 2 Coaching and Level 1 Sports Trainer.
This blog will track learning through the course. The blog will record what has been learnt, allowing students to seek enrichment in ares they are interested. This blog will also allow learns who have missed content to catchup on content and review learning.
